Considering the boundary from the early design stage is essential to take advantage of the rights permitted under the Act whilst taking into consideration the impact it will have on the neighbouring properties both during and after construction leading to a smoother process for both you and your neighbours.

If you are intending to carry out work or your neighbours are we can act as your surveyor guiding you though the procedure to ensure work is carried out with the minimal opportunity of damage or disruption.

As a result of our experience as architects on developments involving party walls and boundaries we have worked with a number of other architects from the early design stage though to agreeing awards on behalf of their clients.
